Food and wine
A particularly important aspect of Tuscia is its food and wine tradition, based on the richness of the territory.
There are many typical products:wine (mostly made with grapes grown in volcanic soil), hazelnuts and chestnuts grown in the suggestive woods of the Cimini Mountains, Canino DOP oil, cheeses, legumes (Onano lentils, Gradoli beans), vegetables and cured meats.
